Firmly establishing ourselves in a competitive market, Hart and Soul Fine Foods are now stocked in delicatessens, cafes, home wares and specialty gourmet food outlets throughout Australia.

Hart and Soul is solely owned and operated by founder Sarah Hart who has deliberately maintained a small enterprise so as to retain the essence of the original concept. Sarah manufactures then hand finishes all products herself.

Says Sarah: “We’re proud of our excellent reputation for producing a very unique range of natural cordials, dessert syrups, grained mustards and preserves which are all hand-made in small batches, ensuring consistency of flavour and high quality presentation.

Our commitment to manufacturing delicious 100% natural products with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives makes our brand extremely popular as we all become more aware of avoiding the artificial ingredients that so many foods contain.

Our customers love it that we pay great attention to detail when packaging our products, right down to the hand made/painted decorations that adorn each bottle of cordial concentrate. Being beautifully presented, our products are fabulous as individual gifts, for gift and corporate hampers and of course for retail outlets.”

Ann Bladeni joined Sarah in late 1996 as National Sales Manager

We’re both busy Mums of young school aged children and value the opportunity that Hart and Soul provides of working from home, creatively producing a beautiful range of products that give people so much pleasure.

We have made the conscious decision not to mass produce so will continue to create high quality products with a distinct difference for those who appreciate individuality and our desire to share our Hart and Soul!”
